SERVES: 4 INGREDIENTS: 25 g Parmesan, grated 150 ml Emborg Perfect Pasta 250 g Spaghetti 100 g Bacon 1 Egg 1 Handful basil leaves METHOD: Cut bacon into small pieces and fry them on a pan for 4-5 minutes while boiling the spaghetti according to the packaging instructions. Mix Emborg Perfect Pasta, egg and cheese together in a bowl and set aside until the spaghetti is cooked. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan with the bacon. Add the egg mixture to the pan and stir gently for 4-5 minutes or until creamy. Serve with extra grated parmesan, freshly ground pepper and sprinkle with basil.
