BREAKFAST MUFFINS Serves 10 people Emborg Yogurt. 400 ml Eggs (extra large). 2 pcs Brown sugar. 200 g Flour. 240 g Muesli . 200 g Baking powder. 3,5 tsp Baking soda. 1 tsp Cinnamon. 2 tsp Salt. 2 tsp Apples. 2 pcs METHOD Whip the eggs and sugar until foamy. Add the yogurt and then all of the dry ingredients. Cut the apples into cubes and stir them into the batter. Fill 10 large muffin trays and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200°C. Cool the breakfast muffins on a rack.
