CRANBERRY SMOOTHIE WITH YOGURT Emborg Yogurt. Dried cranberries . Apple juice . Ice cubes . Walnuts . Apples . Banana . Vanilla sugar . 2 litres 1 cup 100 ml 10 pcs 1 cup 2 pcs 1 pcs 1 tbsp METHOD Soak the cranberries in apple juice for about 1 hour. Chop the walnuts. Cut the apple and banana into smaller pieces. Blend all of the ingredients thoroughly. Serve with a straw. YOGURT WITH MUESLI Serves 10 people Emborg Yogurt. 2 litres Coarse oats. 200 g Coconut oil. 2 tbsp Coconut. 50 g Sunflower seeds. 50 g Pumpkin seeds. 50 g Pine nuts. 50 g Walnuts, coarsely chopped. 50 g Clear honey. 150 g Lemon curd. 100 ml METHOD Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl, making sure that the honey is evenly distributed. Spread out the muesli in one layer on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the muesli for 10 minutes at 180°C. Stir the muesli and then bake for an additional 5 minutes. Let the muesli cool. Mix the yogurt and lemon curd together. Serve the yogurt with the muesli mixture.
