To build up strength, propriocetion and balance by help from a vibration floor is used a lot in the human elitist sport. In Sweden this exercise is also used a lot on dogs in rehabilitation clinics. ADAPTATION TO THE SMARTVIBER Let the dog get used to the smartviber by doing short training sequences at 12-30 Hz. Increase the complexity by lifting a leg or changing the dog’s positioning through exercises (see positions). Depending on the training you want to do any lift of legs or other exercises will strengthen the different muscles in the core. Ask your dog physiotherapist to recommend the best exercises. DO NOT EXERCISE IF YOUR DOG HAS ANY TROUBLES LIKE: • Pregnancy • Acute thrombosis • Heart or vascular disorders • Detached retina • Umbilical hernia • Prosthesis • Epilepsy • Ear troubles • Implants in the body www.kruuse.com
