I KRUUSE REHABILITATION EQUIPMENT Vibration Plate Therapy TRAINING PLAN Start exercising 1-4 times for 10-90 seconds at 12-20 Hz. Increase gradually to 4-6 repetitions of 30-90 seconds at 12-30 Hz. Assuming that the dog feels good and without pain to support the training, you gradually increase the exercises and the frequency. POSITIONS EXERCISE 1 • Place front legs on the viber and hind legs on the floor/small box just behind the viber • Training: front of the legs and neck muscles EXERCISE 4 • Place the hind legs on the viber and the front legs on the floor just in front of the viber • Training: hip, knee and hock. Strengthens the hind legs focusing on the hamstring EXERCISE 2 • Stand like exercise 1 but place the hind legs further away from the viber to let the dog stretch out • Training: strengthens the rear part of the front legs and the shoulders EXERCISE 5 • Stand with the hind legs on the viber and the front legs further away from the viber to let the dog stretch out • Training: mainly hip, knee and the whole rear leg focusing on knee and calf muscle EXERCISE 3 • Stand like exercise 2 and 3 and put a treat between the front legs • Training: strengthens the front and the core WORKOUT IN DIFFERENT POSITIONS In order to train the relevant group of muscles the right positions will be selected according to the recommendations of the physiotherapist.
