THREE QUESTIONS YOU NEED TO ASK YOURSELF ABOUT THE NEW NORMAL Okay. The first few weeks are over. Many companies have gotten a handle on their cash situation and some may even have carried out some cost reductions. And many have begun to achieve a picture of how to survive as a company and how to carry out their work in coming months when the economic state of emergency is expected to last. So it is not because there is a lack of items on the to-do list at the moment. We just have to add another item to the list. Because March and April is the time when you have to decide and execute what your company should look like after the summer holidays — when we have entered the state of new normal. In other words, now is the time for thinking and acting in the short time in order to succeed in the medium term. You need to ask yourself three fundamental questions to succeed with this. Collaborate with your (executive) colleagues to answer these questions to ensure that you have a shared view of the situation and decisions to make. But hurry up!
