Peel cucumber and cut in slices about ½ inch thick. Cut onion in thin slices. Combine salad leaves, tomatoes and cucumbers on a serving plate. Place the thinly sliced onion on top. Add olives. Drizzle with olive oil and a splash of vinegar. Add salt to taste. Place Emborg White Cheese on top and sprinkle entire salad with oregano.
