Using a stand mixer, mix all dry ingredients with a dough hook at low speed for 2 mins. 2.Add the Emborg Sour Cream and water. Continue mixing at medium speed for another 2 mins. 3.Mix in the Emborg Unsalted Butter. Return to low speed. Continue mixing the dough for another 2 mins. 4. Cover the mixing bowl with the dough inside. Set it aside, and let it rest for 40 mins to proof. 5. Shape the dough into round balls of equal size. Let them rest for another 40 mins, to proof. 6. Bake dough in oven at 190°C for 12 mins, until golden and crisp. 7. Remove bread from oven and serve warm.
