Designed to shape behaviour Reminders Research proves that being to stand up during a workday results in an increased usage of the desk. Thus, reminders are integrated into three of the four Desk Panel DPGs. Via light, users are reminded to change position in intervals which are possible to change and personalise. Intuitive All four Desk Panel DPGs are activated by tilting the desk panel in the same direction as it is intended to drive. This means that the desk does not have any buttons and the user can drive the desk without even looking at the desk panel. Absolutely intuitive and logical. Digital Three of the four Desk Panel DPGs have Bluetooth® wireless technology integrated. Connect to the Desk Control™ app, and it opens a wealth of options. Troubleshooting: Symptom The desk cannot be raised or lowered The desk stops and can only move in the opposite direction. The desk can only go down even though it is not loaded. The desk cannot be raised to full stroke. It always stops in the same position. The desk shows no movement neither up or down. Not all legs are moving when going down The desk is in the lowest position and will not go up. It is unclear if all legs are moving. Check Is the control box connected to power? Are all sockets correctly fitted in the control box and the legs? Are there any visible damage to the cables, controls, control box or legs? Is the desk fully raised? Is there more load on the desk now compared to when the desk worked? Action Try to connect a lamp or similar to the mains supply to check the power. Check all connections. Replace defective parts. When the desk has reached its highest position, it can only go down. Remove some of the load and try again. Make an initialisation*. Is the control or the control box broken? Is the connection bad? Is the mains cable still plugged in? Is there no power in the mains cable? The legs that are not going down are deffect or the cable connection is not ok. Is the desk overloaded? Are one or more legs defective or is the cable connection between the legs and the control box not ok? The system has set a new end-stop. It needs to be initialised* to remove this stop. Check all connections. Check if there is power in the mains cable? Connect a control you know is working - if it works the old control is defective. If not the control box is defect. Replace the defective part and try again. Replace the cable. If this does not work, change the leg(s). Try removing some of the load and try again. Try removing all cables from the control box. Mount one leg at a time in chanel 1, make an initialisation* and go up a bit. If one of the legs will not go up after the initialisation this one is deffect. Before replacing the leg, try replacing the motor cable. *Make an initialisation: Press the button making the desk go down. Make the desk go all the way down. Release the button, press it again and hold it for approx 4 seconds. The desk has now been initialised.
