RoHS Regulation (EC) 2015/863 ________________________________________________ RoHS directive 2011/65/EU, published by the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union, concerns the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. All applicable products in the EU market since July 1, 2006 must pass RoHS compliance. The RoHS directive 2011/65/EU includes a CE-marking directive, with RoHS compliance now being required for CE marking of products. Directive 2015/863 is known as RoHS 3. RoHS 3 adds four additional restricted substances (phthalates) to the list of six. DANSANI A/S manufacture assembled bathroom furniture, mirrors and showers for use in private homes or public buildings. All electrical and electronic parts involved in the assembly of mounted furniture or mirror cabinets are CE marked and sourced from approved suppliers. We declare that based on current formulation and information received from our approved suppliers of electrical and electronic parts, all purchased items delivered to us and used in our electrical and electronic products, are CE-approved and produced in a RoHS-compliant manner, and do not contain hazardous substances that exceeds the RoHS specified maximum levels for the 10 restricted substances: • Lead (Pb): < 1000 ppm • Mercury (Hg): < 1000 ppm • Cadmium (Cd): < 100 ppm • Hexavalent Chromium: (Cr VI) < 1000 ppm • Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBB): < 1000 ppm • Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE): < 1000 ppm • Bis(2-Ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP): < 1000 ppm • Benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP): < 1000 ppm • Dibutyl phthalate (DBP): < 1000 ppm • Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP): < 1000 ppm Signed on and on behalf of manufacturer by: Dansani A/S Rasmus Kjær – CDO Dansani, 01.07.2019 .
