COPENHAGEN DISABILITY CENTER A database has furthermore been established, which makes it possible to measure and register the effects of the selected services to be used for prioritising in the future. THE RESULT The process has created results within four areas: • The optimised process enables a faster start-up with the citizens and less waste in the services • The standardised services make it possible for the staff to exchange experiences and thus improve quality • Copenhagen Disability Centre has achieved improved financial management • An overview has been achieved of which initiatives work and which don’t SECTOR Public EXPERTISE • Operational excellence
