TINE The catalogue of potential improvements was presented to internal customers. The parties then pursued to design a common roadmap, and structured meeting schedules and governance were designed to improve future co-operation. THE RESULTS The process resulted in many tools. A catalogue of more than 100 deliverables was among others identified, allowing staff to take specific action. A roadmap – including responsibilities and expected delivery dates – was created and agreed with internal customers. After this process, the business controlling staff now enjoys the benefits of having a better structure in their co-operation with colleagues.
