CHANGE LEADERSHIP Valcon offers consultancy services in change leadership in connection with carrying out change projects, both with focus on management consultancy and as an experienced support in executing the change process: • Execution of change assessments for assessment of the organisation’s readiness for change and management’s change competence with regard to creating focus on the necessary focus areas in the change process • Certification of managers and internal change consultants in “leading transformation” • “Leading transformation” is a three-day training and workshop format in which the participants, with a point of departure in own change projects, will work on the “change leader’s roadmap” and identify the necessary focus areas and actions required to ensure the conditions for success in their projects • Certification of managers and internal change consultants in “Leading the human dynamics of change” • Leading the human dynamics of change is a two-day training format during which the participants work on understanding the human dynamics behind the resistance to change and learn how to specifically work on minimising the resistance to change in the organisation • Executive Change Lab is a workshop format designed for top management. The work is done with a basis in actual experiences and challenges in understanding and creating the necessary conditions for success in transformations and change projects.
