Divide the salmon and crack an egg over each piece. Mix the grated cheese and Dijon mustard in a bowl with breadcrumbs and distribute the cheese mixture over the salmon pieces. Bake in the oven at 200 ºC for 15 minutes. Serve with a side salad if you wish.
